Warehouse mezzanine floors are built between floors within the warehouse. These mezzanine floors, or extra floors, are generally not counted amongst the original floors of the warehouse. Most warehouses are usually constructed without such floors. However, after the construction of the warehouse is completed, mezzanine floors can be added depending on the customer requirements.

These columns comprise of base plates that are welded at one end and bolted to the floor on the other side. The proper decking is placed down and fixed onto the main and secondary beams to complete the floor. This floor can be accessed by a staircase which is fixed and located at the required place on the framework.
